Delivery And Shipping

Where do you ship the watches from?

All watches and straps are shipped from our Belgian Warehouse in Antwerp. In that way we can do a secondary quality control by our in house watchmakers and ensure fast dispatch of our goods.

Do I need to pay import fees in Europe?

No! Since all watches are shipped from Belgium, all customers from the European union are free from any import duties.Please note if you are outside European union i.e. USA, Canada, UK, NZ, etc you might need to pay additional import duties.

What are the shipping times?

In Europe on average the shipping times are 1-3 days, to the US you can expect 4-7 days.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your address if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@seagull1963.com to request an update. 

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All watches and straps are shipped with Dhl Express to ensure quick and safe delivery worldwide.

Do I pay for shipping outside of the EU?

We ship from Belgium, but all the shipping costs are covered by us. You always enjoy free worldwide shipment of your Seagull 1963.

I placed the order by mistake, can i cancel?

Yes. If the order has not been shipped out, you can reach out to support make corrections. If already shipped out, you will have to go through the return procedure.

Warranty

Do I get warranty on my watch?

All watches have a one year international warranty and 14 days return policy

Can i get a replacement for my watch?

Yes.We can replace your watch within 14 days. It has to be returned in the same new condition.

My watch is broken, can i send it for a repair?

Yes. You can send your watch for repairs to us, within the warranty period. Contact support for details on how to ship it to our warehouse.

How do I return my order?

You can reach out to to our support team to get instructions on how to make a return.

Product Questions

How come your prices are so much lower than most sellers outside of China?

We like to keep things simple: we don’t have any fancy offices or large business expenses. We prefer a minimalistic philosophy and do not take large margins.

Are the leather straps real leather?

All our straps are handmade by Hovini in Italy, they all are made by high quality cow leather.

Do all your watches come with a sapphire crystal?

No, we offer both sapphire and acrylic crystal options. Please check the product description to see which one applies to your watch.

Why does my watch run a few hours and then stops?

You are probably not winding the watch fully. You can fully wind the watch by turning the crown clockwise for 25-30 times (if the watch is fully out of power reserve, if not it takes less turns). You will start to feel resistance at the end, that’s where you should stop winding it so you don’t accidentally overwind it. 

Where are Hovini products manufactured?

All Hovini products are made by hand in Italy. We’re very happy to offer you these very luxurious products on our website and we’re proud to associate with them.

How long does refund take to get back to my account?

Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We are 100% online and do not have physical stores, but we ship to most countries worldwide!
