The customer has 14 days from the delivery date to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange.

The goods must be in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the decision to return the items.

The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by us.
