Delivery And Shipping
Where do you ship the watches from?
All watches and straps are shipped from our Belgian Warehouse in Antwerp. In that way we can do a secondary quality control by our in house watchmakers and ensure fast dispatch of our goods. The Legacy Edition is shipped with free shipping & duty free shipping from Hongkong.
Do I need to pay import fees?
No. You don’t have to pay any import taxes or duties — worldwide (including the US, Canada, UK, India, NZ, etc.). The price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees. No surprises. We cover any extra cost for you.
What are the shipping times?
EU → 3–8 working days, US → 3–8 working days, UK → 3–8 working days, India → 6–10 working days, Others → 6–10 working days Please note: international customs and local courier processes may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Rest assured, we remain at your service until your order is safely delivered.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your address within 12hrs of placing your order, and if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@seagull1963.com to request an update.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
All watches and straps are shipped with various Express Couriers depending on country of destination to ensure quick and safe delivery worldwide.
Do I pay for shipping outside of the EU?
No. We cover all shipping costs. You always enjoy free worldwide shipment of your Seagull 1963.
I placed the order by mistake, can i cancel?
Yes, you have a 12-hour grace period to cancel your order before it ships. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and returns must be made at your own cost.
How long does the shipping of the Seagull 1963 Legacy Edition take?
The Legacy Edition requires a longer quality control process and will be shipped 1 week after placing an order. Shipping generally takes 7-12 days!
Warranty
Do I get warranty on my watch?
All watches have a one year international warranty and 14 days return policy
Can i get a replacement for my watch?
Yes.We can replace your watch within 14 days. It has to be returned in the same new condition.
My watch is broken, can i send it for a repair?
Yes. You can send your watch for repairs to us, within the warranty period. Contact support for details on how to ship it to our warehouse.
How do I return my order?

Product Questions
Which movements are you using in your watches?
We use original Seagull St1901 movements which we specifically customise and test for our watches.
How come your prices are so much lower than most sellers outside of China?
We like to keep things simple: we don’t have any fancy offices or large business expenses. We prefer a minimalistic philosophy and do not take large margins.
Are the leather straps real leather?
All our straps are handmade by Hovini in Italy, they all are made by high quality cow leather.
Do all your watches come with a sapphire crystal?
No, we offer both sapphire and acrylic crystal options. Please check the product description to see which one applies to your watch.
Are you affiliated with the Tianjin Watch Group?
While we do use genuine Seagull st1901 movements from the Tianjin watch group, we at seagull1963.com are an independent retailer specializing in heritage-inspired timepieces. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or an official partner of the Tianjin Seagull Watch Group. All brand names, model names (such as "Seagull" and "1963"), and historical references are used strictly for descriptive purposes to identify the goods being resold under fair use principles. This product is produced to our independent boutique specifications using genuine movements.
Why does my watch run a few hours and then stops?
You are probably not winding the watch fully. You can fully wind the watch by turning the crown clockwise for 25-30 times (if the watch is fully out of power reserve, if not it takes less turns). You will start to feel resistance at the end, that’s where you should stop winding it so you don’t accidentally overwind it.

How long does refund take to get back to my account?
Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We are 100% online and do not have physical stores, but we ship to most countries worldwide!
