The 2 brothers behind Hansen & Jacobs have been in leather processing for years, but have always been under the radar, with no online presence whatsoever. We asked ourselves how we could help you to treat your watches right, increasing the lifespan of your favorite timepieces, and making sure they stay in perfect condition… and all of that in the most stylish way possible.

Introducing Watch Storage

For the watch enthusiast, no purchase is complete without having a watch storage to properly store your new timepiece. What do you think of when you hear the phrase “watch storage?” If you’re like us, it brings forth an image of the fancy, but old time leather watch storage that matches with the history and what seagull brand stands for.

Since all products are shipped from Belgium, which is a country within the European Union (EU), tax/import fees might occur if you are ordering outside of the EU. Our prices include VAT in Europe so there won’t be any additional unexpected costs for orders inside of the European Union.
Since prices on the website include free shipping worldwide, prices on the website are the same for everyone.
Please check your local import legislation for further information. Seagull1963.com does not cover any additional VAT/tax/import fees that maybe occur when ordering your watch from outside the European Union.
We ship Worldwide through our delivery partners DHL express (for express) and DHL Parcel for non-express orders.

We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down to factors outside of our control. However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:

Orders are processed within 24 hours when placed on a business day!

Express Shipping (22 euros): 1-3 Business Days

Return Policy
Love it or money back is our Return policy. You can return any item within 14 days from receiving it, without any questions asked from us (return shipping fee not included). However, the product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging.

Where do you ship the watches from?

All watches and straps are shipped from our Belgian Warehouse in Antwerp. In that way we can do a secondary quality control by our in house watchmakers and ensure fast dispatch of our goods.

Do I need to pay import fees in Europe?

No! Since all watches are shipped from Belgium, all customers from the European union are free from any import duties.
Please note if you are outside European union i.e. USA, Canada, UK, NZ, etc you might need to pay additional import duties.

What are the shipping times?

In Europe on average the shipping times are 1-3 days, to the US you can expect 4-7 days.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

All watches and straps are shipped with Dhl Express to ensure quick and safe delivery worldwide.

Do I get warranty on my watch?

All watches have a one year international warranty and 14 days return policy

How come your prices are so much lower than most place that sell outside of China?

We like to keep things simple: we don’t have any fancy offices or large business expenses. We prefer a minimalistic philosophy and do not take large margins.

Do I pay for shipping outside of the EU?

We ship from Belgium, but all the shipping costs are covered by us. You always enjoy free worldwide shipment of your Seagull 1963.

Are the leather straps real leather?

All our straps are handmade by Hovini in Italy, they all are made by high quality cow leather.

Where are Hovini products manufactured?

All Hovini products are made by hand in Italy. With Hovini we prides ourselves for offering the be quality watch accessoires out there.
